1. THE APPLICATION

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

2.1 Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application solely for your personal or internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Licensor.

2.2 License Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit others to:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Licensed Application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Application;
• Rent, lease, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Licensed Application to any third party;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trademark notices) of the Licensor or its licensors;
• Use the Licensed Application in any manner that is unlawful or in violation of this License Agreement.

2.3 Third-Party Software & Marketplace
You acknowledge and agree that the Licensed Application may be sold alongside software products developed by third parties. The Licensor provides a marketplace environment but does not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for any third-party software. The license you hold for any third-party software is governed by that vendor’s separate license terms, and any use, misuse, or damages arising from such third-party software is not the responsibility of the Licensor.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Supported Devices & Platforms
The Licensed Application is designed to operate on supported devices and operating systems as indicated by the Licensor. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device(s) and operating system(s) meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to install and run the Licensed Application effectively.

3.2 Updates & Modifications
The Licensor, at its sole discretion, may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Licensed Application to improve functionality or address technical issues. While the Licensor will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such updates, it is your responsibility to install them to maintain optimal performance and security. Nothing in this License Agreement obligates the Licensor to provide updates or to continue supporting older versions of the Licensed Application.

3.3 Internet Connectivity & Additional Costs
Certain features of the Licensed Application may require a stable internet connection. All fees associated with your internet service or mobile data usage are solely your responsibility. The Licensor shall not be liable for any reduced functionality or failure of the Licensed Application resulting from inadequate internet access.

4. NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT

4.1  __________ is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Licensed Application.

4.2  __________ and the End-User acknowledge that the Services have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Licensed Application does not offer users to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or in the Licensed Application, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Licensed Application and through third-party websites or applications. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated in accordance with the Licensed Application Privacy Policy. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:

1. The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
2. You are the creator and owner of or have the necessarylicenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and toauthorize us, the Licensed Application, and other users of the Licensed Application to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Licensed Application and this License Agreement.
3. You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness or each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Licensed Application and thisLicenseAgreement.
4. Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
5. Your Contributions are not unsolicited orunauthorizedadvertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
6. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing,libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
7. Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
8. Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
9. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
10. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
11. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
12. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
13. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of thisLicenseAgreement, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Licensed Application in violation of the foregoing violates this License Agreement and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Licensed Application.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).

By submitting suggestions of other feedback regarding the Licensed Application, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area in the Licensed Application. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Licensed Application and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

7. LIABILITY

7.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Licensor (or its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, or suppliers) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Licensed Application; (b) any conduct or content of any third party relating to the Licensed Application; (c) any third-party software or products purchased, downloaded, or otherwise obtained through the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7.2 Marketplace Disclaimer
The Licensor may allow developers, vendors, or other companies (“Vendors”) to list and sell their products through the Services. You acknowledge that the Licensor is not responsible or liable for the actions, products, or conduct of these Vendors, nor for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any third-party software or content available through the Services.

7.3 End-User Responsibility
You agree that you are solely responsible for (a) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Licensed Application or any third-party software; (b) evaluating the suitability of the Licensed Application for your needs; and (c) any damage to your device(s) or loss of data that results from the download or use of the Licensed Application.

7.4 Aggregate Liability Cap
In no event shall the Licensor’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Licensor (if any) for the Licensed Application.

8. WARRANTY

8.1 No Warranty / “As Is” Provision
The Licensed Application is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Licensed Application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.

8.2 No Guarantee of Error-Free Operation
The Licensor does not warrant that the Licensed Application will function without interruption, achieve any intended results, meet your requirements, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

8.3 Third-Party Warranties
For any third-party software or content acquired through the Services, no warranty or guarantee is provided by the Licensor. Any warranties related to third-party products are solely those offered by the respective vendor or developer. The Licensor disclaims any liability for third-party warranties or claims.

8.4 Consumer Rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so certain exclusions or limitations in this section may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the Licensor’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
